Mount Agung Sunrise Trekking – Mt Agung Bali sunrise trekking is the most challenging trek and will offer most beautiful view surround Bali area from the elevation of 3.142 meter above sea level. For do hiking to this mountain has two main route, are :

A. MOUNT AGUNG SUNRISE TREKKING VIA BESAKIH

For doing Mt Agung sunrise trekking via Besakih temple you will start from 23.00 and the route  through the jungle to the real highest point in Bali. From this route we will arrive to the main peak (3.142 meter above sea level ), and here we can see the most beautiful sunrise in Bali. From this peak you can see also the entire island of Bali as well  islands of Lombok, Nusa Penida, peak of Mount Semeru ( Java island) and whole the rim of Batur Caldera. Mount Agung Trekking Via Besakih Temple is the hardest trekking in Bali, the duration will take about 13 hours ( up and down ).

ITINERARY:

• 21.00 – 22.00 : Pick-up at the hotel,
• 23.00 : Arrive at starting point and meet with our friendly local guide, the trek to the summit and sunrise point of mt Agung is beginning.
• 05.00 – 06:00 : Arrive at the summit, where you can see spectacular views and sunrise. During enjoy the view, our guide will prepare for your breakfast packages,
• 07:00 : Begin trip down to Besakih Temple,
• 13.00 : Arrive at Besakih Temple ( finish point) and drop back  to your hotel.

B. MOUNT AGUNG TREKKING VIA PASAR AGUNG

For Mt Agung sunrise trekking from pasar agung temple you will start on 01:30. Mt Agung Trekking Via Pasar Agung Temple is easier than the route from Besakih temple, the trek will start from the middle of mount agung ( around 1500 meter above sea level ). The trek will takes approximately seven until eight hours from Pasar Agung Temple. Trough this route you will only able to reach until sunrise point at elevation of 2850 meter above sea level.

ITINERARY:

• 23.00 – 00.00 : Pick-up at the hotel.
• 01.30 : Arrive at starting point and meet with our friendly local guide, the trek to the sunrise point of mt Agung is beginning.
• 05.00 – 06:00 : Arrive at sunrise point, where you can see spectacular sunrise view. During enjoy the view, our guide will prepare for your breakfast packages,
• 07:00 : Begin trip down to Pasar Agung Temple,
• 10.30 : Arrive at Pasar Agung Temple ( finish point ) & drop back  to your hotel.
